CREATE STRATEGY & AUDIENCE ENGAGEMENT
CHALLENGE: How to relay complex technological case studies from specific departments to the broader audience at this all-company meeting while highlighting how these groups were embracing a new strategy being launched. Our next challenge was how to tell these stories in a unique and approachable manner that would increase audience engagement throughout the program.
SOLUTION: The program became a series of television programs as guests tuned into “IGNITE TV” for the day. First viewing a quick commercial for “Volt Soda,” which highlighted the new strategy, the audience then tuned into Ted Lasso. The CEO appeared on stage as Ted Lasso and encouraged the audience to Believe in the new strategy. Throughout the day, the channel would change between speakers taking us to a new show. Sets were created for each show, custom copy relating back to the strategy was created to open each show, and speakers delivered their case studies in a variety of conversational and approachable styles.
This unique strategy delivered complex information in various fun and informal talks, making even the most complex topics relatable to all audience members.
