EAT, DRINK, & MEET MARY
“Vision, sure. Strategy, yes. But when you go to war, you need both toilet paper and bullets at the right place at the right time.” –Tom Peters
Being a brand marketer and event planner my entire career, I know how to rely on my mix of right-brain creativity and left-brain logistics to tell a story and produce outstanding campaigns.
Creative is my core, generating wild ideas and disruptive concepts, but that's not the whole story. Sure, outstanding creative is the basis, but effective strategy and planning, analysis, flawless execution, and agility are vital to building a strong, recognizable brand. Success does not happen from great ideas alone.
What’s this all boil down to?
I'm a doer. You are not going to get fluffy concepts and theories with no substance. You are going to get solid strategy, outstanding creative followed by action. I thrive on creating, marketing, collaborating, producing, juggling a million things while delivering exactly what my clients are looking for.
Need writing, graphics or a website? How about on-site production or show calling? Need a script written or a jaw-dropping live experience created? Maybe all of the above? I love a new adventure so let's create something outstanding together.
Starting a new business? Tired of being chief cook & bottle washer or simply overwhelmed by the details?
I know what it means to be a start-up: The blood, sweat, tears, ups, downs, and stamina required to get through it all. I've been through the start-up trenches and have done every job in the book to achieve success. I have spent years learning things I never knew I would need, and always figure it out. My experience building my own business, coupled with helping other start-ups do the same, has given me an awful lot of knowledge to share.
I not only can help a new business with marketing and branding but also help with all the other nitty-gritty details that are not always easy to navigate; How to register your business? What to include in a business plan? How to create budgets and forecasts? How many beers need to be stocked in the fridge at all times? I've done it all and am happy to share what I've learned.
